Rita Ora has revealed she is still struggling to cope following her break-up with Calvin Harris.
The I Will Never Let You Down singer split from the Scottish DJ in June and she admitted it has been hard to swallow.
"I'm gonna tell you the truth... I'm not doing too great. But I'm doing better than I thought," she told Glamour.
Calvin used Twitter to confirm that he and Rita had split up.
He said: "To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best."
Rita later wrote: "I don't usually address speculation but I've had an incredible time w Calvin,& i will treasure the memories. I've moved on from this topic so i hope people will respect that and do the same."
But the 23-year-old songstress said it took her almost a week to get over the shock break-up.
"This is the first time I've spoken about it. Honestly, if Calvin hadn't done it [tweeted], I wouldn't have done it. It took me five days to write three sentences," she admitted.
She blamed their hectic schedules for ending the 13-month relationship.
"I adore him and he's an amazing human being. It was more about the situation, it was inconvenient, it was s**t, it sucks," she continued.
"It's really hard to have a relationship in this business... We both work really hard, we're both all over the place. And I'd always denied it, always said: 'If you really want something, you'll do it!' When I go for something, I go in 100 per cent."
