Avicii has been crowned music's top mover and shaker under the age of 25 by music streaming site Spotify.
The Swedish DJ and producer, whose real name is Tim Bergling, was chosen as the number one star because he was the first artist to reach one billion streams on the site, followed by Royals songstress Lorde in second place.
Miley Cyrus took the third spot, with One Direction and Taylor Swift rounding out the top five.
"This has been such an incredible year, and taking the top spot on Spotify's 25 Under 25 (just a few months before my 25th birthday!) is unbelievable," said Avicii. "I truly love what I do and I'm so grateful to my fans and to Spotify for being such enthusiastic supporters of my music."
Avicii has enjoyed chart success with his debut album True, as well as hit singles Wake Me Up, Hey Brother and I Could Be The One. His latest single is Lay Me Down, which is out now.
Jason Derulo, Rita Ora and Iggy Azalea also made the top 10, with Justin Bieber, Sam Smith and Birdy appearing in the top 15.
Spotify's top 25s Under 25 list was compiled from number one hits, volume and growth of streams and shares, as well as viral chart success from the past year.
