Katie Price has thanked fans for their support during the turmoil in her personal life and dismissed speculation that her marriage split is a publicity stunt.
The glamour model has been in the headlines after first discovering that she was five months pregnant and then accusing husband Kieran Hayler of having an affair.
She wrote in her Now magazine column: "I'm very conscious that a number of lives have been turned upside down by recent events.
"At the moment I need to sort out what happens from here, taking into account first and foremost my children."
Katie said that "most people have been fantastic" but that she was on an "emotional rollercoaster".
"But as with everything in life that's been thrown at me, I will deal with it. And as always, I'll bounce back once again. It just may take a while this time," she wrote.
"To those who think my current situation is a publicity stunt, you couldn't be more wrong. This situation is awful enough without such snide comments."
In a series of Twitter messages on May 7, Katie claimed her marriage was over and accused third husband Kieran of cheating on her with her best friend Jane Pountney.
Katie and Kieran had their first child together, Jett, in August last year. She also has two children, Junior and Princess, from her four-year marriage to Peter Andre and a son, Harvey, from her brief relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke.
