George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin will apparently get married in September.
The Hollywood actor and the London-based human rights lawyer got engaged in April but have already set the date for their big day, reported the Mail Online.
A friend said they have decided to exchange vows on September 12, with Italy the likely destination.
However, it seems it's unlikely the couple will wed at George's plush Lake Como pad, with Amal apparently wanting something quieter.
The source said: "September 12 is the date they are aiming for. Everyone thinks they will marry in Lake Como where George owns a beautiful home but Amal feels that is too public.
"They are looking to host a small wedding in an Italian village where they can control the photographers. But they haven't decided yet."
George, 52, and Amal, 36, will also celebrate their nuptials with parties in London and Lebanon, where the lawyer was born.
The New York Post's Page Six previously reported that the smitten couple were hoping to walk down the aisle this year, rather than have a long engagement.
"It's only four months away but they want to get married at the end of the summer, in early September, before Amal returns to work," an insider said earlier this month.
