Jessica Wright and Ricky Rayment star in The Only Way Is Essex
The Only Way Is Essex stars Ricky Rayment and Jessica Wright have said they were unimpressed with Mario Falcone over his recent Twitter rant.
The 25-year-old was reported to have posted a message that read: "The producers are still lying to you all... Coronation Street is more reality than TOWIE!" before deleting the missive.
Jessica said: "For my part I'd never do anything controversial because TOWIE is where our bread and butter is...
"I can't comment on what other people have done. It's their prerogative," she added.
"People's personal lives takes an effect on their professional sometimes, with Lucy (Mecklenburgh) and Mario they've been going through a rough patch... the drama never ends, from off camera to on camera."
Her boyfriend, bar owner Ricky, said: "I would never bite the hand that feeds me."
He added: "It's such a tight group that if one or two people leave and have comments we all stick together and just ignore it."
Jessica said the growth of other reality shows like Made In Chelsea and Geordie Shore was flattering.
But she added: "I would never do what they (Geordie Shore) do on TV in front of my parents. I could never do that."
