England batsman Ian Bell has been ruled out of the fourth Royal London Series match against India at Edgbaston with a toe injury.

Bell sustained the injury during practice and has been replaced by Gary Ballance, while Moeen Ali and Harry Gurney have also been selected ahead of Ben Stokes and James Tredwell.

India have named debutant Dhawal Kulkarni in their team, replacing Mohit Sharma.

The hosts, 2-0 down in the five-match series, will bat first after losing the toss.
