Chris McCann and Jay Rodriguez were on target as Burnley rounded off their American tour with a victory.
McCann headed home Alan Mahon's corner in the 79th minute, while substitute Rodriguez scored in stoppage time.
Manager Owen Coyle gave all fit and available players a run-out in front of more than 7,000 fans at the National Arena in Blaine.
And that meant a debut for Christian Kalvenes, and a first start for Kevin McDonald.
