Jamie Frost scored for Burnley
BURNLEY will play Nottingham Forest in the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup after a 3-1 victory over Cardiff at Turf Moor.
On a freezing night Terry Pashley's side saw off the Bluebirds to progress to a City Ground meeting with Forest.
Brandon Wilson gave the Clarets the lead three minutes before half-time with a low right-foodted shot.
With 17 minutes go substitute Jamie Frost doubled the advantage, finishing from a cross from Bradley Jackson.
Jamie Veale got one back for the visitors nine minutes from time, but Jackson made it 3-1 in the final minutes to secure the victory.
