CRYSTAL Palace boss Neil Warnock admitted Burnley gave his side a tough test in today’s 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park.
Warnock was taking charge for his first home game since returning as Palace boss but had to be content with a point and could even have seen his side lose, had Scott Arfield not seen a late penalty saved by Julian Speroni.
“I think the Burnleys are going to be our most difficult games if I’m honest,” Warnock said.
“I think if we could have had a goal in the first half when we had some very good chances, the game opens up and it’s a different ball game.
“But the longer you go you always risk doing what we did, and only a good save from Julian got us a point.
“It’s a good point in the end but a bit of a disappointment that we didn’t get three.”
