A 21-YEAR-OLD woman called police to tell them she wanted to jump from a multi-storey car park in Nelson.
Officers were called to the building in Broadway around 11pm on Saturday.
When they arrived, the woman was on the middle floor and the team was able to talk her down.

Insp John Fryer said: “The woman rang herself from a mobile and said she was on the top floor.
“When we got there, she was on the middle floor and there is some security fencing there making it hard for people to get over the edge.
“We were fortunately able to resolve it pretty quickly.”
A woman was being held by officers on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly yesterday and was due to be assessed by the mental health team.
