PENDLE Council is asking for views and opinions on dog issues in the borough.

The council has established a working group to review problems with pets and is now asking for residents’ views via an online form.

A spokesman said: “The group would like your views on a number of issues associated with dogs. The survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and your response will remain confidential.”

The survey asks questions including ‘how much of an issue is dog fouling in your area?’, ‘have you witnessed a dog behaving dangerously in your local area?’ and ‘how much of a problem are stray dogs here you live?’.

The form also asks people to expand on their answers and gives space for them to explain their views.

All forms must be submitted no later than January 18, 2015.
