THE Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government is visiting key regeneration projects in Pendle today.
The visit by Eric Pickles MP, marks the final stages in transforming historic Whitefield, in Nelson.
Heritage ‘tardis terraces’ on Mosley Street are now on sale next to the new £9 million primary school and affordable new homes are nearing completion too.
Mr Pickles will also visit Northlight for an update on Pendle Council’s ambitious plans to turn the iconic Brierfield Mill into a major destination for the North West.
