AN attacker facing sentence for three assaults has been banned from Earby, the town where they all took place.
Burnley magistrates heard how Kaspars Henkels, 26, also got behind the wheel while banned for drink driving.
Henkels, recently of Mosley Avenue, Earby, admitted three counts of assault by beating and one allegation of driving while disqualified on Mosley Avenue, on October 6.
The defendant, who is originally from Latvia and was assisted in court by a Russian-speaking interpreter, was bailed for a pre-sentence report.
