THE thug who bit the head off a live chicken and then posted the despicable act on the internet site YouTube, should be named and shamed.
His photograph and full name and address should be shown on the front page of all local papers.
He should be prosecuted for cruelty and heavily fined.
Surely if this is not a breach of animal welfare laws, what is?
The website YouTube should be closed down because of this and other sick acts shown on it.
