Burnley knife man locked in house

A MAN believed to be armed with a knife has locked himself inside a house in Cairo Street, Burnley.
Police negotiators are at the scene to talk to the man, who is on his own inside the property.
A number of police vans and ambulance vehicles are at the scene and the situation is ongoing this afternoon.
