A TEENAGER will appear before Burnley magistrates this morning after he was charged with raping a woman in her sixties in her own home.
The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is alleged to have carried out the attack in Nelson on Thursday.
He is charged with two counts of rape, sexual assault and attempted rape.
