THE following duty chemists will be available for dispensing services on Sunday, June 17, between noon and 1pm (unless stated otherwise): Moss Chemists, The Health Centre, Old Colliery Road, Whiston; Taylor's Chemist, 191 West End Road, Haydock (10am to 8pm); Lloyds Pharmacy, 173 Duke Street, St Helens (10am to 2pm and 6 to 9.30pm); Lloyds Pharmacy, Legh Street, Newton-le-Willows.
For confidential healthcare advice and information (including dental problems), call NHS Direct to speak to a qualified nurse. NHS Direct is available 24 hours a day on 0845 4647 (calls charged at local rate). Emergency dental treatment is available at the Central Dental Clinic, College Street, St Helens, every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday from 9.30 to 11.30am.
