EAST Lancashire businesses have been offered an invaluable insight in how to keep hold of their customers at a series of seminars at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel.
Dozens of company bosses attended the customer care event which was hosted by Mayes Businerss Partnership, of Accrington, with sponsorship from NatWest Bank.
The seminars were presented by Malcolm Gallagher, the writer and presenter of the BBC TV BizVision programme and included a video which outlined successful customer care strategies.
The event was supported by the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
