BURNLEY-BASED Peter Scott Printers has invested £30,000 in a new press with the help of grant assistance from Burnley Borough Council.
The company, located at the Billington Road Estate, has bought a Heidelberg GTO two-colour press which will be used mainly for business stationery.
Kelvin Metcalfe, sales director, said: "The GTO will allow us to develop our business further and more efficiently. That means we are securing jobs and gives us the opportunity to create up to two jobs.
"The print industry is becoming increasingly competitive so we need to look forwards and continually invest in the future."
Peter Scott Printers, founded in 1960, also operates four and five-colour Heidelberg presses.
