A British music icon who rose to fame with The Jam will take to the stage in Blackburn next year.
Paul Weller has announced a full UK tour for 2024 with 14 dates lined up through April, including Blackburn's King George's Hall on Tuesday, April 16.
This year has seen Paul’s tour schedule taken up with extensive travels around Europe, peppered with a handful of UK Forest Live shows and a special guest slot to support Blur at Wembley Stadium.
To kick off 2024, Paul and his band will make a long awaited return to Japan for dates in January followed by a trip to Australia where Paul will perform three nights at the iconic Sydney Opera House.
The UK tour will start in Poole on April 4 before finishing off in Cambridge on Sunday, April 21.
The Modfather was the frontman of The Jam in the 1970s, writing songs mainly about working class life, with hits including Going Underground and Town Called Malice.
The singer-songwriter then led the blue-eyed soul music group the Style Council from 1983 to 1989, before releasing his first solo album titled Paul Weller in 1992.
Paul and his band will play at Blackburn King George’s Hall on April 16. Supporting acts will be announced soon.
