Andrew Woodrup, 26, of Industrial Street, Bacup, was bailed until May 29 for a pre-sentence report, by Burnley Magistrates.
The defendant, who admitted burglary, was a persistent offender who struck to fund his drug habit, the court was told.
The bench, who said they were looking to some form of drug treatment, told Woodrup he must live at his home address and observe a curfew between 11pm and 6am.
