HERE'S an image to make your mouth water.

Nardini's cafe in Largs has been part of the Clyde coast furniture since it first opened its Art Deco doors in 1935.

With its sleek white design and continental ambience, it brought a touch of the dolce vita to grey old Scotland. And whether it was a full fish tea or just a 'pokey hat' you were ordering, you knew you were going to get top class ingredients in truly stylish surroundings.

Today, following a £2million upgrade, the cafe is again the jewel in the crown of the Clyde.

Trouble is, with 32 flavours of ice cream on offer, where do you start? Do these pictures bring back any memories, or have you any old photos you'd like to share with our readers?
