FOOTBALL freestyler John Acquaviva brought a touch of Latin American class to an Hyndburn youth club.
The juggler extraordinaire, who has featured in adverts for Coca-Cola and Powerade, showed off his silky skills to gobsmacked teenagers at the Spring Into Action project in Church.
John, from Maracaibo, Venezuela, performed an array of tricks during a visit backed by Sport England’s Sportivate programme.
Lucy Hamlin, director at Spring Into Action, said: “All the kids seemed to really enjoy it. They learned a few skills from John and finished things off with a game of football. They all seemed very impressed with his tricks.”
While John, 20, may hail from South America, he’s no stranger to Lancashire — he has lived in Leyland and carried the Olympic torch through Euxton in 2012.
