A COLNE-based firm that specialises in preventing flooding and reducing pollution have held an open day.
Representatives from the UK, European and International water industry visited Detectronic for the day. Attendees were treated to seminars led by guest speakers from the Environment Agency, the Met Office and the University of Exeter and were able to take part in workshops from Detectronic’s engineers, data analysts and site crews.
Steve Woods, managing director at Detectronic: “Following our move to new premises in Colne, we wanted to invite our current and prospective water industry customers to see, first hand, exactly what we have to offer, meet the team and relevant industry experts and network.”
