POLICE are appealing for information after a man was assaulted outside a pub in Colne.
The assault happened at about 4am on the morning of Sunday, April 27th in the car park at the side of the Union Exchange pub, Market Street.
The victim broke his hand and received bruising to his face and body.
The victim is a 22-year-old local man.
Detectives would like to speak to the two men captured on CCTV in connection with the assault.
Det Con Ifte Ali, of East CID, said: “This was a nasty and unprovoked assaulted which left the victim with some significant injuries.
“I would appeal to anyone who recognises the men in these images, or who has any information about this assault, to get in touch with the police.”
