POLICE have released CCTV images of three men they would like to speak to following a burglary at a house in Nelson.

Thieves broke into a house in Rock Street in the town earlier this month and stole a number of high value items.

The incident happened between 5pm and 6.30pm on Friday, March 7.

After gaining access to the property the thieves searched the house and took a number of items .

The haul included various items of jewellery, a Canon camera, a MacBook Pro laptop and a Nintendo 3DS.

It is believed the person or people responsible arrived at the house in a dark grey Audi A3 or similar type of car.

PC Mark Bewley said: “If anybody recognises any of the men in the CCTV images then I would urge them to contact police.

“I am also keen to speak with anybody who has any information at all about this burglary, so please come forward if you think you can help.”
