A CONSTRUCTION student has been honoured as the head of his class.
Bradley Grieve started studying construction when he was just 14.
The 18-year-old has now won the coveted Best Overall Full-Time student award, at Blackburn College’s Construction Awards.
Bradley, who also became a father to Leland, now aged six months, during his studies has just completed his Level 3 extended diploma in construction and the built environment.
The former Witton Park High School student said: “I want to be a site manager. It will be tough having a young family but I am determined.”
Bradley has worked his way through Blackburn College, and has just signed up to the University Centre at Blackburn College on an HNC in Construction course.
Bradley was awarded his certificate, and congratulated by his tutors in a ceremony at Blakey’s Cafe.
