A LIST of vehicles suspected of being used in rural crime and wildlife offences across East Lancashire has been released by police.

Keith Sandham, Pennine Watch Liaison Officer, said: “Several vehicles have come to the attention of the police with intelligence to suggest the users are connected to each other. They are known to travel extensively throughout Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale, Ribble Valley, North Yorkshire and other areas.

“They are suspected of engaging in all aspects of rural crime and wildlife offences.”

The vehicles are a blue or black Audi A3 Sport (MF05 LOD), a white Ford Transit van (MU51 VST), a black Mitsubishi Shogun (V757 OKL), and a grey Ford Focus (WN07 NUK).

Mr Sandham said: “If you see these vehicles, please be aware of their propensity to be involved in illegal activity and take steps to let your local officers know.

“You can report on 101.”
