crusade to find the truth from the brown stuff says...

Why are the police being investigated? They try to stop a car and it fails to stop and them driver looses control and it's the police fault?! All emergency services drivers will get extra training, the police have their hands tied if can't pursue cars, criminals know this and are not going to stop. Police should be like American cops and be able to use 'pit' manoeuvre when cars make off - crazy procedures of the police put it in favour if criminals who won't stop if know police are not allowed to chase them
