SILENTNIGHT in Barnoldswick has donated £1,000 to Pendleside Hospice, raised at its Christmas Raffle.
Janet Kershaw and Lesley Turner said: “We’ve previously held a book sale to raise money for the hospice and so we decided to have our Christmas raffle in aid of them too. As the hospice is a local charity, everybody really gets behind it and we sold a fantastic amount of tickets.
Thanks to Silentnight for donating the first prize, a king size Geltex bed, and all our suppliers and contacts who also donated prizes”
