A HAPTON man has been warned by magistrates about his future behaviour after he threatened to torch a family home.
Morgan Roy Halleron, 60, admitted breaching a non-molestation order which had been made under the Family Law Act by a judge at Blackburn County Court on December 12.
Burnley magistrates heard that on December 28 he threatened to ‘burn the house down’, asked Susan Halleron to purchase alcohol for him and then went on to be verbally abusive towards her.
Halleron, of Kirkside View, Hapton, was granted a conditional discharge for nine months by the court.
He was also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
