Advanced Level travel and tourism and business students from Burnley College's sixth form centre enjoyed an educational sightseeing trip to Barcelona.

Twenty students and four members of staff spent five days in the Spanish city visiting the Nou Camp football stadium, PortAventura Water Park, and Keycamp - a camping tour operator in the Salou district.

Linda Smith, the college's business curriculum manager, said: "The students gained valuable experience about the travel industry."
