Las Olas Rueda Blanco 2011, £6.95.
The Wine Society Rueda is a Spanish wine region and here’s a white made from Verdejo, the grape that it is most famous for.
The taste is dry, lemony and a touch grassy, a bit like Sauvignon Blanc but distinctly different.
Produced especially for The Wine Society using organic grapes. A lovely summery wine.
