A NAKED flasher struck in front of a young woman neighbour, committing a sex act while standing in the large tinted window of his Burnley flat, a court was told.
The town's magistrates were told jobless Graeme Marshall, 32, was looking up at the 23-year-old woman's bedroom.
Marshall, who has a previous conviction for similar behaviour, admitted exposing himself on August 7.
The defendant, of Lowerhouse Lane, Burnley, was bailed until September 24, for reports and the bench said they were looking at a community penalty.
Wendy Chappell, prosecuting, told the court that at about 1pm the victim was drying her hair upstairs at her home when she saw the defendant standing naked in his window, committing a sex act.
Nick Cassidy, defending, said that Marshall lived alone, and suffered from depression.
